As of Saturday, I lost 8 pounds! Woohoo for me! I was so happy I craved for red meat (in all fairness to me, I got a little dizzy after our Zumba because of the heat and lack of iron/protein). :-( So in a barbecue party yesterday, I had pulled pork and some ground beef! When I weighed in the scale today, I gained a pound! Time to do some more walking later. UGH.
inggit much! i want to do zumba but I don't really have time huhu! anyways, yay for you for losing 8lbs ;-) diba sabi nila you shouldn't weigh everyday kasi the scale can show you you gain or lose a couple of pounds pero that doesn't mean you can trust that...dapat daw every week ang weigh hehehe yez, makialam ba? mmmwah! (may kiss pa eh LOL)

DeleteI was in zumba training last year, but this year tinamad na. Pero maybe I will start again in autum. There are so much to do during the summer. Ako naman tinapon na namin and timbangan. hi hi
